Shipping & Refund Policies

The following are the terms and conditions that constitutes our Shipping Policy.

LUVEE LUXE CO is NOT responsible for items shipped to the wrong address. 

By submitting your payment you are agreeing that you have verified your address is correct.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All Ready to Ship & Live Checkout Items are processed within 7 business days. Custom Orders are processed within 2-4 weeks. Orders are not shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Address must be within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your

tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Free shipping on US orders.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

REFUND POLICY

Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may send it back at your own cost within seven days of receiving the item. If there is a flaw in your item due to an error during production you may return your item within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Please message us with photos and we will provide a return label.

*It is our policy not to give refunds due to color being different than expected. All computer monitors can have different settings, so it's best to review your order on multiple sources to ensure you see that the product is the color you want.

*No items can be returned or exchanged once being washed. We will not offer refunds on items that have been washed as we have no way of knowing how it was washed and what the item was washed in.

*No exchanges will be made if item has been exposed to any kind of cigarette or cigar smoke.

*Custom orders are non refundable, and may not be sent in to be exchanged with another item.

* We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
